ARIDANG grew out of a simple, persistent frustration. For years, our founders worked closely with companies — startups, trading firms, service businesses — that needed corporate payment accounts to operate. And for years, they watched the same thing happen: applications disappeared into inboxes, compliance requests arrived without context, and weeks turned into months with no account to show for it.
The institutions were not always bad. They were simply not built for the pace or the complexity that modern international businesses demand. And the businesses on the other end had no one in their corner to translate requirements, chase documents, or explain exactly why a particular request had been made.
So we built ARIDANG to be that person in the corner — an expert intermediary that understands both sides of the table. We know what compliance teams are looking for before they ask. We know how to prepare a file that moves smoothly through due diligence. And we know that when a client sends us a message at 11pm because their payment is stuck, that message deserves an answer, not an auto-reply.
